General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all contracts concluded between NLD Prints GbR (trading as FittedPlanet) and its customers via www.fittedplanet.com.

2. Definitions

“Customer” means any natural person or legal entity purchasing products from our online store. “Consumer” means a natural person acting for purposes not predominantly commercial.

3. Contract Conclusion

The product descriptions on our website do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By placing an order and clicking “Buy,” you make a binding offer to purchase the selected items. We confirm receipt by email and the contract is concluded upon payment confirmation.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon order.

5. Delivery & Shipping Costs

    We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:
    • EU: 2–5 business days
    • US / UK: 5–15 business days
    • Worldwide: 10–30 business days

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on destination.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Detailed withdrawal instructions can be found here.

7. Warranty & Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except for injury to life, body or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations. In those cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damage.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

German law applies. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg for disputes with merchants.

10. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
